Yogurt Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of sugar (light brown)
1 c of plain yogurt
1/8 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 c of marshmallows (miniature)
1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

Grease the insides of a large saucepan then combine yogurt, salt, and sugar; cook above gentle heat while stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved completely and the mixture has boiled.

Brush down crystals with wet pastry brush. Continue to cook till it reaches 238 deg F on sugar thermometer.

Immediately take pan out from the heat and add marshmallows and butter; don’t stir. Let the mixture rest until it reads 110 deg F then add the vanilla extract.

Beat thoroughly until it has thickened and color is dull. Pour onto an 8 inch square baking pan; chill then cut to squares.
