Peaches and Cream Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c of evaporated filled milk
2-1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
3/4 c of peach puree
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
7 oz of Marshmallow Creme
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
6 oz of choco chips (white)
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Grease a 9 inch square metal pan; line with aluminum foil.
Heat sugar and milk inside a saucepan over moderate heat; let it boil while constantly stirring. Add in the cinnamon and puree; let it boil again.
Add butter and marshmallow creme; boil then cook for 18-20 minutes while stirring continuously.
Take out from the heat and add the vanilla and chips. Transfer onto the pan; let it cool. Once cooled, take out from the pan; peel off foil then cut to squares.
