Mexican Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of salt
2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of milk (evaporated)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1.5 c of choco chips (semisweet)
1/2 c of mini-marshmallows
2/3 c of pecans; chopped
1 tsp of vanilla
3 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Using a skillet (280 degrees F), combine milk, salt, cinnamon, butter and sugar then let boil. Stir constantly about five minutes. The turn off heat and add the rest of ingredients.
Continue stirring ’til melted and smooth. Spread on 8″ buttered baking pan. Let it cool then slice into bars.
This recipe makes approximately 2 lbs.
