Frying Pan Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2/3 c of sugar (granulated)
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
2/3 c of evaporated milk (undiluted)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of choco chips or flakes
1/2 c of butterscotch chips or flakes
2 c of marshmallows (miniature)
3/4 c of nuts; chopped
1-1/4 tsps of vanilla
Instructions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt butter in a pan. Heat at (280 degrees F). Let it boil while constantly stirring for about 3- mins.
Turn off the heat then add the marshmallows, nuts, vanilla, and the two kinds of chips. Stir thoroughly till the marshmallows melt. Transfer onto an 8 inch square pan and let it cool.
