Cranberry Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of cranberries (1 oz. fresh/frozen)
1/2 c of syrup (light corn)
2 c of choco chips (semisweet)
1/2 c of sugar (confectioners)
1/4 c of milk (evaporated)
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Prepare a pan (square) lined with a plastic wrapper in the bottom & sides, then set apart. Using a saucepan (medium), mix cranberries, plus the syrup (corn) and then let it boil.
Using a high-level heat, boil the mixture for 5-7 mins, while beating from time to time until liquid decreases to approximately 3 tbsps and remove it from the heat.
After which, add the choco chips at once and stir until these are totally melted.
Blend the sugar, milk & extract (vanilla), mixing briskly to thicken mixture and make it glossy. Empty the contents in the prepared saucepan, cover & refrigerate until it hardens.
