Coffee-Liqueur Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of marshmallows (miniature)
2 c (12 oz) of chocolate (semisweet) morsels
1/4 c of butter
2 oz. of choco baking bars (unsweetened), chopped (coarsely)
2/3 c of milk (evaporated)
1/4 c of coffee liqueur
1 and 1/3 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of pecans (coarsely); chopped
1/8 tsp of choco extract
Instructions:
Using a bowl large enough, mix the first three ingredients of recipe. In a saucepan, mix the fourth to six ingredients. Let it boil to a moderate heat, blending continuously.
Empty the first mixture into the second mixture till the marshmallows & chocolate are fully liquefied and the mixture evens out.
Add in the nuts, liqueur & choco extract. Place the whole mixture into a pan (baking) lined with butter and let it cool.
Refrigerate until it hardens.
